As a Cisco Customer Success Specialist in datacenter technologies, I've had the privilege of working with cutting-edge technologies like ACI, NDFC, and Catalyst Center. But more importantly, I've learned that the best technology in the world doesn't matter if people don't know how to use it.

That's why I started this blog. I wanted to create a place where I could share my real-world experiences, the lessons I've learned (often the hard way!), and help others on their automation journey.
